My order says complete, what does this mean?

This means we have packaged your order up and its ready to be shipped! This does not mean that the order has began shipping. 

How long is your processing time?

We have a 1-3 business day processing time. With shipping, you should receive your order in 6-10 days. Keep in mind we are a small business located in Minnesota! Weather may effects shipping and processing time.

Can anyone buy your products?

Of course! Umi's is all about bringing modesty to all. Our scarves can all be used as hijab, shawls, you can even use our satin and silk scarves for sleeping with curly hair! Please remember, wearing hijab and covering the hair is a modesty journey, and we do not support cultural/religion appropriation. 

Will there be new products soon?

Every time we get new product in we post them, so stay tuned!

Why are there more products in-store than online?

Since most of our in-store pieces such as abayas and dresses are very exclusive and one size, if someone purchases it in store while it is posted online, it isn't fair for our online shoppers! If you see something you like on our social media pages, feel free to send us a DM and we'll see what we can do!
